Pakistani students seeking international study opportunities have received encouraging news, as the government of Azerbaijan has announced fully funded scholarships for the 2026–27 academic year.

The initiative is being offered under the Heydar Aliyev International Educational Grant Program, which aims to support talented students from partner countries, including Pakistan.

According to the Higher Education Commission (HEC), the scholarships will allow Pakistani students to pursue higher education in Azerbaijan at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD levels.
