Program Overview

The OGDCL Management Trainee Program 2026 is a one-year intensive training initiative aimed primarily at female graduates from diverse academic backgrounds.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Maximum age: 26 years
• Minimum CGPA: 2.50 or at least 60% marks (First Division)
• Minimum qualification: 16 years of education
• Final results must be announced by June 30, 2026
• The program is specifically open to female graduates
